The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM), As part of the State’s Coronavirus Testing Strategy, is utilizing antigen testing in settings that need rapid, low-tech testing. The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) has been directed to ensure the effective distribution of antigen test kits (Abbott BinaxNOW and Access Bio CareStart) to further this effort.
