Elevated-to-critical fire weather threatens large portions of the western two-thirds of the state through at least Tuesday. Conditions are particularly deteriorated in the Panhandle region.
High winds could cause blowing dust, possible damage to power lines and other infrastructure, and hazardous travel conditions.
